Really helpful post. One suggestion; I think you should add at the very top of the first post that the guide is updated and the date. There are SO much stickes on this forum that contain old information I no longer trust any of it. Your guide is updated and hence you should advertise that at the very top of your OP.

You can do Slaughterhouse before lvl80 - and you should, because without it you can't enter Xibaluku and it's a great way to level without the grind of villas.
Mobs are always lvl80, so 60-70 of them if you are lvl 76-78 means over 400,000 xp (+5-6 quests you can do at the same time for around 90,000 xp each). Also, it's an interesting place.
To lower levels:
You can physically move from one place to another without the wagoneer - Old Tarantia - Wild Lands - connects to Poitain or Border Region, Poitain connects to Thunder River or Imrian Ravine
Same with Khemi - Khopfesh - connects to Purple Lotus Swamp - connects to Oasis or Kheshatta
Same with Conarch's Village.
Areas open up with certain levels and then the wagoneer from the relevant hub will take you directly to that area.
ONLY TARANTIA CONNECTS TO BOTH OTHER HUBS.

As lvl 70 player I am bit confused as where to go now? Is it Kheshatta? Which is the other zone available or is there only one? I am starting to get concerned that I cannot get to 80 without grinding (world grind or villas) or grouping up for instances etc.
Is my concerned valid or can I quest in the world and get to 80?
Yes, head to Keshatta. Its tough going to begin with but you should find some other low 70's running about near the oasis.
I only seem to find the need to grind nearer 80. Although this can be avoided by doing lots of the high lvl group areas, A'z fortress, scorp caves, Onyx, caravan raiders etc!

Thunder River (other side), Atzel then Kheshatta. Kesh is pretty difficult to solo at 70 and most of the quests don't appear until later anyway.
If in group (even 2 or 3 people at 70) then Kesh is fine.
Im a pretty weak player and only lvl 69 and im soloing keshatta easily at red and orange quests. So my recommendation is to go there. Awesome area with great scenery!
