I got as far as being dragged off to the keep, then I crashed out of game. When I logged back in my character was in daytime outside the keep. The quest still shows escape from the keep, but I cannot re-enter the keep. I raised a petition but after 3 hours I was still waiting and had to quit game. Does anyone know if I can quit rhe quest and restart it?

same problem was in petition for 10 hours they finaly got to me and said that they couldnt fix it so it had to go to another gm another hour wait and server goes down now i have to go through all that again bollox to that toon deleted

Exact same problem. Like you said, I got dragged to the Keep, it all goes black and thats it. So I re-logged to find I was dead, spawned outside Tortage with the "Escape the Keep" quest and no quest marker. Can't get back into the Keep and have no idea what to do now!

I'm awaiting a reply to my petition, LMAO. I'm not expecting a reply anytime soon with this customer service record, lol!

Same as above, fade to black and then nothing. Relogged to find myself outside the keep im supposed to escape

Same here, the screen went black after the cutscene showed me going up some steps. I was able to log out but when I logged back in I was in Tortage City. I've petitioned but after a couple of hours I've had to camp for the night.
