So I guess that was it for my armorcrafting progression.
Kind of sad, because I actually liked the gathering/farming system in this game.

I wouldn't give up on that progression because:

1. You WILL find yourself in a guild one day - because most end content (and most post lvl70 content) is aimed at organized groups - ie guilds.

2. Even T3 armour has uses, especially if you gather a lot of specials (3 gem spots) - a lot of mid level chars like this armor and will pay for it to be made (I sold several sets before joining my guild and making armor only for my guildies). Note all special armors are blue and fully custom made, so a gem crafter finds them very useful.

3. There are special armor blueprints out there for most levels, and those are worth waiting for.

btw - I'm a T4 armorer/T5 weaponsmith. Waiting for completion of craft buildings to continue.

can somebody post here some pictures of crafted heavy armor, so we can see how it looks? I am 61 lvl. cimmerian conqueror on first tier of armorsmithing and I need some motiviation to continue in this otherwise useless and losing proffession.

Is this proffesion really worth it? I crafted all light and cloth armor(I'm ToS) on the first lvl and not a sinlge one has been usefull. The necklace didn't even have stats on it. I'm still 82 rough leather short of completing tier 1, but if the stats on the armor continue to suck like they have at lvl 40 I rather change it to JC before I spend to much money on it(atleast that gets a boost next patch).

So are the proffessions really worth it or should I just scrap it and minimize my loss?
