I am somewhat confused by the "tier" enumeration.

in some guides, there are only three tiers, while every tear require parallel gathering tier.

so everything which is prepared from cotton/ rough leather /copper is still tier1.
every tier have two stages.

in this guide the tiers are broken to 6. ( two crafting tiers for each gathering tier) can we have an official reply, what is "tier" and how it is ranked?

I have this overview from somewhere

T1: lvl 40 (item lvl 40)
T2: lvl 50 (item lvl 50)
T3: lvl 60 (item lvl 60, green and blue items)
T4: lvl 70 (not entirely sure since I am 80) (item lvl 70)
T5: lvl 80? (item lvl 75 and you need a T2 blacksmith)
