Of course, your mileage may vary.

I'd pick those cloth boots if I had been able to use cloth on my Guardian. Stacking invulnerabilities is my main priority. And I have noticed that while base invul values are slightly higher on heavier armor (0.3 instead of 0.01) the base values doesn't count for crap. It's the bonuses on special armor pieces that matter and those bonuses are in general higher the lighter the armor type is. Bonuses on light armor are generally higher than bonuses on heavy. Hence I wear light boots, belt, wrist bands, gloves, shoulderstraps on my guardian (at mid thirties, might change higher up) while I use heavy armor on legs and chest for armor rating and knock back resistance where the numbers on those values are high enough to matter anyhow.
Stacking natural stamina regen is good too though. Fat ammounts in that makes me land more combos in a prolonged fight. As a guardian that comes second to invulnerabilities though. I tank. The damagers are the ones who actually kill stuff. Barbarians et al should focus heavily on stamina regen in my opinion.
