Same problem here. Can access the game from the start menu, bypassing the patcher, but then ofc have the authentication problem so many seem to be having.

one thing i will do for sure is to do a backup of the game. atleast the conanpatcher.exe to be sure!

the conanpatcher.exe is renamed when that happens, so just check the AoC folder and remove the extension, then just patch
