Not added it to my tree, But woz wondering how effect it is?

Would maybe come in handy if i got 4/5 mobs on me

As far as I know, it's a crap temporary buff which makes your regular ranged attacks (not combos) do AoE damage. And it's not worth the points in the useless "marked" prequisites.
