I'm all for this too, although seeing the thread was started at -08 and has 20 pages... Well I have seen stranger things happen. :-)
I play roleplaying games for the story, and try to roleplay my character (weird, I know...). Not being able to help some people to the fullest possible is a bit annoying. I know it's not roleplaying to go and talk only with people with quest indicators over their heads, but most others don't actually talk, which breaks the immersion anyway the same to me.
(And yes, I do refuse to do quests that are against my characters ideals and/or code. That is the reason I have evil and goody-two-shoes characters, as I do want to do every possible quest... ;-) )
Three years and still not implemented yet? C'mon, this should really get more priority, it's nothing big what we want. Please, give us hint on low level quests. It makes the game more enjoyable!
especially now that fc added the new low level area...
i guess not many people will reroll a new character just to see those quests, so it would be nice to be able see them with lvl 80's...

They should've added this feature along with the new low-level zone. I don't want to miss out on any quests while i'm in Turan, and i'd rather not re-roll!
I agree with that. Also, if I'm not mistaken, some quests give you skill points. Would be nice to be able to get back to quest you outleveled just for that.
