200-399 is 1 silver.

Did they change it recently then? Cuz' I've reset several skills from 90 without any cost.

And last time I tried to reset my skulk which is 150 it was 1 silver.

I think it's actually for when your resting. Increasing the speed your HP goes up.

I have a lot in Hiding and then my next highest is perception. I also have 150 in climbing atm (im lvl 28)

80 skulk. & a decent bit in endurance.

I dunno if its the climbing skill or what but I'm finding I can walk up and down steep cliffs much easier now. Even more so WHILE hiding.

This is great for escaping AND attacking. As I'm just on the side of a cliff and hard to get at.

No, what u're discribing is the tooltip of recovering - or do both recovering and bandaging stack? The tooltip of bandaging just says that it increases the HPregen depending on skill and charlvl.
