I thought this stunned the target!,it doesnt do a lot of damage even with 3 points in the feat so whats the use of it?

a ranger comented on that a while ago, saying it has a dispell efect and a threat wipe that are not on tooltip. try it in instance and against a caster

Update.I have tried this on players and mobs today and from what i can see it doesn't really do much,even with 3 feat points in it.
