you should really split this
Cistern + Main System are 50+ instances
(cistern is 50-53 roughly)
(main systems is 53-56 roughly)
majority of the q's aren't gained till level 48+ (most at 50)
also add Tor.. something tomb in the fields of dead (level 50+ instance at least 3 quests in there)
