Im lvl 38, and done all the Stygian and Cimmerian starter quests (lvl 20-30 quests) including spread out 30-40 quests. Should I also do all the lvl 20+ quests in Aquilonia?

Just find a group for SotDS or whatever it name is, doing all quests in there shud increase ur level atleast once, then u can just go that instance till u hit 40, fastest grinding way and u get good loot
