Thanks for this amazing guide. I parked my ToS when I hit level 26 and didn't feel like to play with it during 1 month or so.

I think still this guide is usefull I am not interested in grinding at all. To enjoy the game slowly wich each of my characters is my objective.

I created a Tempest of Set mainly to focus on heal grup members I didn't have an idea until now that they could be so offensive

At what lvl do we get Set's Armor? I'm lvl 25 now and no sign of it! Is it something I need to feat for?

Set's Armor was removed with patch 1.05...

The guide is over 1 year old, and it has been plenty of changes after that. So it's a bit outdated.

Thats disapointing! I feel my character really needs something like that. It seems to me from what I've seen of other classes in the game that they can take on multiple mobs of there own lvl quite comfortably, but when I try it I'm as good as dead. I tend to run out of mana before the end due to the inordinate amount of resists the mobs have to lighting strike, even if I use a shield I still take lots of damage and thats with both heals ticking away! A damage shield or 'armour' shield would have been nice.

Why did they take it away?

The following buffs have been removed from the game. Bonuses formerly granted by these buffs have been added to other buffs/spells:

Sets armor gave you pure defense rating, a stat that doesnt exist in the game anymore after the update of the game mechanics in 1.05.

Yes, the tos do feel a bit squishy at some level ranges, but as soon as you get Storm Field and spec for a pbaoe build you will do better. Focus on that, make sure you have the best armor available at all times, and go 1HB + Shield instead of staff/polearm if you still feel squishy.
