Hi, I just got this destiny quest where I have to get bracelets from a woman in the swamp. Problem is, yesterday while exploring in nightmode I stumbled across this lady and I killed her without having the quest. And now she wont respawn.
Since its impossible to get help ingame, I was hoping someone here has had the same problem and knows how to fix it. Sucks to skip the destiny quest because of all the xp that goes to waste And I hate having things undone.

indeed, im having the same problem myself, and have been having to resend my petitions for 3 days, the rewards from the last quest is well worth it even after 20. I cant help but feel annoyed and reluctant to play when stuff like this happen in my games, especially ones that they want me to "pay-to-play"...
Yes, I have EXACTLY the same problem. To be honest, I've had this problem for 4 days, and for 4 days of raising tickets, I have had zero results with getting this fixed. Oh, and utter JOY - because I wasn't online at 4am (no **** Sherlock??) this morning, my ticket got deleted without any action.
Unfortunately I'm pretty well much bordering on not renewing once my free month's up, as the customer service provided by Funcom is proving to be atrocious, and I object at being asked to pay £8.99 a month to beta test what's blatantly unfinished and untested content. I've had a few friends ask me to recommend MMORPGs to them. Unfortunately AoC won't be one I'm recommending.
Yes, this could be considered a rant, but I REALLY wanted to LIKE this game. Right now, I just feel completely stymied and frustrated by it.

i feel the same way, my last petition moved _1_ place in 6 hours playing last night, and to just have it deleted when they get to me is just SO annoying i cant even think about it without tearing my hair...
i REALLY wanted to like this game, i told all my friends this mmo would destroy everything on the market atm, but sadly it is failing. Being buggier than any game i have ever played so far, its not helping either. gg Funcom.. your dropping the ball
I have to ask, just HOW MANY gms are there? there has to be a total of 5 working for funcom at the moment, as there is 1 petition per 10 hours being attended to. this is so annoying.
yeah i agree... it seems like it is 1-3 petitions a night that gets solved... and since they seem to delete my petitions every now and then i guess they do the same with everyone elses.....
this is so disapointing i have been stuck for 3days in tortage now, its really killing the fun of the game, my friends have left to other cities while i cant do anything....
