have been getting 9000ms+ lag spikes all day, they happen about every thirty seconds and last quite a while, the game is unplayable for me! have tried other games to see if it was my system and latency is fine on them. I've seen quite a few other posts with people having the same problem. I didn't have this problem last night or this morning! I would really appreciate if someone from Funcom could let me know if they're aware of the problem or should i just jump out my window (i'm on the ground floor, but it still cold outside)

never happened.. would offer disable all firewalls.. inbuild firewalls. router firewall , clean registry, defrag and so on

been getting similar lag spikes as well. my current work-around has been simply alt+f4 when it occurs and then log back on to find my ms back to 50.

Consider upgrading your computer/connection.

I'm running the game (on max graphics with Dx10), I have around 70-80/ms and running on a steady 40-45fps. Been playing since Early Access started with no problems at all.

mm my connection is perfect i have been monitoring it,
i can assure you there is a problem server side.

As for my system im a senior computing officer for a university,
before that i was a systems engineer for compaq/hp.

im currently using a quad core intel system with 4 gig of ram, 9800 gtx.
with a fresh build of vista 64 bit.

This is not a pc issue, this is a routing issue or something similar.
