heya, i found an item called "map of hidden treasure" which drops from ghost of Kira's husband in tortage caves.

anyone know how i can use this item?

There is a quest series in Tortage where you need the map. The series start with the NPC who needs quills. He asks you to find a employee of him in the Tortage Underhalls. After you free him he will tell ou a story about his lover (or sister not sure, named Kira) this starts the series in which you have to find Kira's husband ghost and after that another quest is offered.

Kira is his mother how you went to lover, I dont want to know..

But, the map in question is not at all related to the Kira quest, as you loot a part of the artifact from Kira's husband, which can only be looted when you have the corresponding quest.
The map however, will drop regardless of quest status. I presume its part of a quest that didn't make it through development.

I thought the map was needed to discover the location of the tomb of Kira?

I'd also like an answer for this. By the way, you all talk about a quest related to Kira husband Ghost (near the lighthouse) but i cant find a quest that ask to get something from him... Any clue ?

(Bartholomo, the NPC who give the quest for the feathers (quills) dont have any new quests)

Bart tells you to go to the underhalls/prison to talk to Rahoz, his manslave/servant/concubine, not sure which, but rahoz spends his free time in leather underpants and bart wears a dress.

Anyway, Rahoz will tell you, after sufficient dialogue that Dalia stole some trinket from him, and the reason he is in prison is because he pee'd her off trying to get it back, which pretty much starts the questline we're talking about, but which isn't linked to the map of the OP, because you can loot it without even having said quest.

Thanks for the info, but it seems i cant talk to raboz anymore since i cant enter his cell without the appropriate quest. Perhaps it's not available for any classes (i am guardian)

The map relates to a quest for Redrik who is located on a ship past the Rum n Rumble on the way to the rowboat to White Sands isle.
Redrik has a series of quests, one of which is the recovery of his stolen treasure map by thieves who hideout in the Underhalls.

Nope - thats a different quest. You get that map in Askia's underhall area.

This is an oddity - maybe a left over item from some quest that never made it in.
