    Default T3.5 and T4 Raid Tactics from Blutlinie Croms

    Raid-Tactics from the Turan-Paikang-Raid of Blutlinie Croms

    The Turan-Paikang-Raid is a mixed guild raid on the german server Mitra,
    organised by the guild Blutlinie Croms.

    Here you can find our tactics in english:

    Some details have changed, but mostly they are still okay.
    Maybe I'll feel like fixing this some day.

    T4 Jade Citadel

    For the other T4 bosses we haven't written down
    the tactics (except Zodiac, in german), and I think
    those are commonly know by now and others
    have written those tactics down nicely (e.g. Chaoskult)
    so I think I'll skip the work.

    Cheers and Enjoy

    Some tips for T3.5, Archfiend of Gore, from the old forums:

    1. Kiresh: "Using HoX on the last PT before 50% gives a bit more flexibility if someone messes up placement or dies - as we can use HoX to balance quadrants as needed even if that means he will die."

    2. Overcoming DPS aggression or sudden death problems:

    Ask your mage quadrant members (those who attract Archfiend to them) to feat the general tree with Misdirection and give them the -5% AA hatred debuff. Also, put on -hatred raid gear on them. Tell them not to DPS the boss at all until the second Twisted Viscera if they die at the start.
    When you pull Archfiend out of the pool after Bathed in Blood, make sure that tanks stand at the farthest distance possible from all the DPS characters. Allow no one to use DoTs right before Bathed in Blood and any DPS before he casts Twisted Viscera on the tanks.

    For more radical results (for example, people who die lack the AA hatred debuff and raid gear), you can:

    - place priests with the general tree feated (increased aggression from soldiers) in the group with tanks (for example, the B.S. that stays with the soldiers during blood filling);
    - ask a conqueror to refeat for Brute tanking and use him as a fifth tank. The B.S. will have to move to the closest weight quadrant from the tank quadrant after 50% though;
    - give crossbows for the whole duration of the fight to all DPS that attracts attention of the glorious Archfiend.

    • Remove daily rewards and the raid finder;
    • remove membership bonuses;
    • disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
    • remove WBs forever on Crom;
    • slow down the AA gain;
    • lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
    • remove AoE looting;
    • add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
    • fix the 250+ms ping;
    • take the key away from Saddur;
    • revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
    • remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.

    Default Zodiac bugs

    I know this is more a question for the GM's in hope that they read the threads once in a while..

    Will they ever fix the damn bug in Zodiac with the paths in the constellation pattern on the floor? If you sprint or jump on it on the way to or from a boss, they get stuck. This is really really really annoying to be honest.
    At the same time, do anyone have any form of a hotfix for it, when it's happening in a attempt to kill it? walking on an off the path doesn't always work, so I wondered if anyone else have had any experience with how to fix on the go.

    I think you need to have the person who bugged it out walk back over the light. That seems to work the most often. Just a random character usually doesn't reset it.

    Makes sense I suppose. Thanks

    Still, fix it please, FC. It's annoying to wipe on Zodi because of a bug.

    Yep, that is the way fix it. Can be quite hard to get the right person to do it though as most people just stare blankly not comprehending the problem until we are already wiped.
