You see I see most PVPers in this game like this: shout a lot and do nothin.

Thats not what he means.
Open world PvP needs factions. Fact.
Open world PvP needs hardcore consequence system or it fails hard like AOC has. Fact.
Minigames need spliting between levels or something similar to seperate bori queens from newbies. Fact.
Alignment in this case means Good>neutral>Evil.
Hardcore consequence is> fighting in wilderness away from guards = no bad rep, anything goes have fun, do it if you can get away with it!
Ganking in sight of guards gives bad rep points, going over a certain threshold means you become evil and get instant guard agro and death on sight by guards.
A outlaw city built on top of the bori fiasco where outlaws congregate and hero's hunt them down, the new "kesh oasis pvp point". This is self regulating pvp system where your actions have a cause and effect.
Throw in 20 or so good/neutral/evil pvp quests and you are gold.
All written in a hurry on scrap of paper in a chip shop, but better than anything FC have come up with in 4 years.
