+1 to all healers are almost equal (about healing output), and that a ToS if is playing correctly can easily solo heal all HMs.

Anyway, about heal there are small difference.
It's not about blue and green heal (few HPS difference is not really relevant..), but BS golden perk (the Bears) is really great with high heal rating (even if it is wrongly parsed.. but we know that healing parser is somewhat stupid for many reasons).
I do not play ToS in end-game, but for what I read ToS golden perk is not so good.
For HMs, after all the nerfs the golden perks is not a must (it was not so even before..), but in some situations it is a nice addition.

About DPS yes, ToS has higher DPS potential.
But the difference is not 10x, and not even 2x and probaly not even 1,5x.
Problem probably is that there are too many BS who really not focus on DPS and slack on it (that is strange.. since it is the most fun aspect of the class in PVE, since we have not a real healing spec and we can play with full DPS build, and 90% of the time in Tiger's gear without slacking any heal).

Anyway to remain OT (otherwise discussion becomes a "What healer is better" theread) yes, ToS can solo heal every HM as easily as other healers.
If a ToS has some trouble may depend on a gameplay issue or just the wrong group (terrible tanks).
