In some YouTube videos I have seen players' screens with toolbars that are more than 10 columns across and several rows deep. How do I get this layout? ATM I have 4 separate bars (perks, normal with ALT/SHIFT expansions) and 2 verticals.

Or was that option removed from the more recent game builds?

probably a custom UI

that is Custom UI'S, there's a forum section regarding these user interfaces

A lot of players use custom UIs. You can find those UIs at www.curse.com. They have plenty of toolbars and make gaming easier.

The game UI is sadly a bit crappy and cannot be altered.
