These Quest's have been broken sinse last patch QQ.

Scarlet circle quest, protecting your own has the same problem wont update when you reach the area.

The quest in KK you gain from the note/necklace in Ghost Hill is also broken in this way.

Think its called 'the hunter' where you find the grave and then it tells you to follow the tracks into the forest. You arrive in the forest and the quest wont update no matter where in the quest indicator you are and the forest won't attack either as it's meant too.

King of the Crater and Keeper of the Corrupted from SC also not updated after entering the Field of Stones...

The Passage North for the Jian-Shi is also bugged and that is a KEY quest for the faction progression, despite being rank 3 I cannot proceed further...
