Where do you want to kite the ranger if you don't kill him ? either you dpsers at doors or your dpsers on Sheng will take the volley in the face at some point.

Think u can simply tank&spank ranger by 1 tank and 1 solid heal after no debuffs stacking, will be funny if no Sky Pierce / Storm of Arrows while ranger alive :>

If i'm not wrong we need 5 or less ppl/necro-pets on sheng during the combat and once he casts the sky pierce, we need 12+ ppl/necro-pets on him.

Any idea if 2 necros using 4 reapers each can be on him all the time? those pets hit from 5m+ so, they dont count during the combat but, since they are 10m-, they count while the sky pierce, dont they?

you need to use mage pets because melee pets count for storm of arrows
or simply no pets at all^^

Thank you. The tactics i read were always based on melee pets not attacking during the combat except while the pierce sky casting. I thought it was a waste of dps and that's the reason of my question.

Nope, they are always going for the right door, thats why most raids put 2 people extra on right door because they need more cc's and have less time to kill runners..
