Sheng has definetly some sort of agro issue. Feels like some of his ability resets or lowers target's agro. Very noticeable when dps gets agro and stops immedeatly attacking, as dt going full nuke on sheng has zero effect regarding taking it back, only goad saves.

i told you already, its disarm. if tank get hit by this, he is out from the aggro for a while

I suggested this to my tanks and they started to notice it. Nothing we can really do about it as for now - they fight is still too frantic for us

BTW: We had some tries on Imp yesterday and the fight looks easy. Marlekin explained the flesheater and lotus mechanic very well (we got it on first take), now we have to work on the Imp handling (teleporting and aggro).

Difficulty rating:

Archfiend > Sheng > Imp > Basilisk

it got fixed timing. DS
also we use 2 sins with gold perk. Works wonder and we dont have to give a F... to what sheng does when we have those two.

Do the minibosses add skills to Sheng after they die? That would be interesting...

We leave only Chuck Norris alive, but we worked the right moves for us thanks to the aggro tips posted here - we only wipe when we pile up a few mistakes. I don't think our RL will change anything in the tactic for some time

Yes, they do.

And this is one thing I really like about the boss mechanics of Sheng. It leaves you with choices. Killing more mini bosses gives you the advantage of less adds from doors but the disadvantage of more abilities from Sheng.

That's Dai Gang. Anyone want to share which abilities Sheng gets from Zhu Meng and Yi Qin kills?

We do this :

2 tanks (usually DTS) agro Dai Gang and Zhu Meng (1 mini boss per tank). All the raid but 4 guys at the right door and the 2 tanks that grabbed agro on the 2 other mini bosses go on Yi Qin (we dont pull him, we charge him).

Then 1 of the 2 kitters grab the 2 bosses and kite them both.

Yi Qin die, we pull sheng to the fountain, the kitter of mini bosses simply go and kite between pagodas in order to not take Sky Pierce on the face, and the party begin.

You wont have a single disarm on Sheng, easy bunny.
