Hey. I'm going to try this game again now after a long break.

I Installed from the cd's, after that the game automacly updated the game (7gb).

But when i try to login, it says authorize fail. Then i though my account was frozen since since it says account status: canceled on the account management page, but it says accountlayable.

So i made a new free account, but no. No luck there either.

Then i read the faq for trouble logging in on this page, and there were no problems related to those on the faq.

So i wonder how i can come in to the game?

is there like a number on the error like for example "authorize fail (19)"? other then that log to your acc and send support ticket from there
