Why there are not enough details on what you're going to buy from the item shop? The least thing they can do is to explain exactly what you're buying. For instance the Embossed Armsman Armor (blue, level 30) just lists that it's blue but tells you nothing of how good the armor is.

Is there a page where you can browse the item shop with more detail?

If you actually click on the item you will get the stats when you scroll down just a tiny bit.

Not for the pack.

Now I realized the pack is actually a deal which collects all the items of that sets together. So, I went to each individual item in the "armor" section and saw their stats but still confusing because there are many types of the same name.

They should put more details on the "pack" itself they just list the items it contain without enough detail. Same applies for the bundle deals (the newbie blue items suck for instance and the +xp ring that I got is only 2% with crappy stats, if I knew this before I bought the bundle I'd not buy it to be honest).

The armor pieces in the item shop, those that have stats and isn't social gear is on the op side when you collect the whole set, op compared to the level they are that is. Exept for the lvl 80 set you will not find any better gear in game.

I do have a legitimate complaint related to lack of detail; I bought my ToS Eastern Riding and the Purebred White Battlecat prior to her reaching 80, only to discover that she then needed to buy Advanced Riding Training too, yet this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the product description.
