It's just effervescent and Aspirin.

Fizzy water and desolved aspirin is the same stuff.

Fastest working stuff since Alcohol and Aspirin are but two of the things that pass straight through the stomach wall and into the blood stream.

Fizzy water bit (Calcium Carbonate) is a natural base (well, it's not a metal hence not a proper base but you get me; Alkaline against your stomach acid) and "settles" your stomach, while the Aspirin is desolved in the water so you body doesnt have to break up a little pill first.

Pretty much get some fizzy water and or desolvable aspirin (old fashioned 15mm sorta size ones) does the same thing

Works fastest of all the "cures" though nothing except water and sleep gets alcohol out of the system and rehydrates (which is salts+water not just water)

drink a liter of orange juice before bed and another when u wake up , the orange stuff will keep your vitamin c lvls up and also keep you from dehydrating
(a hangover is you dehydrated which u can see by the color of pee usually being dark yellow).
