I can download the installer perfectly but when i click "accept agreement" and click next it just says "internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "localappdata" , and when i try to install it with a disc it says "internal error: Failed to expand shell folder constant "fonts"

Sounds like you might have issues with the access to your "Documents and Settins" Windows folder. Maybe it is either the path or the priveleges (administrator rights) issue.

Right click the installer executable and choose "Run as Administrator".

When i run it as administrator the install starts but after i while it says that it couldnt expand localappdata again, if i skip it i can start the game but when the patcher is done it shuts itself down!

What operating system you running?

You could try to switch your user account to Administrator if it is not that already. Worth to check. You can find that from Control Panel --> Users.

From where are you running the installer? Try copying the installer executable from your download directory to a different folder and then run it again.
