You do realise that buying gold from egpal or any other service that sells ingame stuff for real currency is not allowed by Funcom?
Looks like FC noticed and deleted your gold, and they are well within their rights.
Sucks for you that you just spent a copious amount of money for nothing, but I doubt you'll find much sympathy here.
Buying gold is generally frowned upon by a majority of players, and so it should be.
