Considering it's on different servers I'd have to guess this was about problems in the backbone between your ISP and Funcom's ISP. It happens alot and the only way to do something about it is to mail your ISP with a traceroute and 50 ping poll, using UOTRACE for example, and sending the same to Funcom via
support@ageofconan.com
They'll probably start checking the routes from both ends and find the culprit. It's something you see in all mmorpgs these days. Some backbone provider or ISP changes their plan with their provider and gets routed through some backwater country with a 100 Mbit router as the only internet connection as punishment for leaving their old provider. And we suffer for it. Go figure...
