I am finding it very hard to locate any sort of concise, detailed information regarding how to go about getting attuned to T3.

After hours of reading snippets from 100's of posts on these forums the total sum of knowledge gained is that I need to get a quest, no one says anything about how to get it, what it's called, where to get it from or any quests that must be done in order to pick it up.

I would be grateful if someone could shed some light

Step 1) Finish all your Destiny quests, up to the final To Battle A God (kill the Grim Grey God inside Onyx Chambers)

Step 2) Quest Master of the Silver Peacock: Get a Dragon's Tooth (kill Vistrix and click the statue that will spawn in the cave) - YOu should get this from Kalanthes who will send you to Cha, etc.

Step 3) Quest: The Immortal Hand: Kill Leviathus in BRC Wing 3, then talk to his Ghost to receive the hand aka key to TAS. I think you get this quest from the Note you click from the Altar at Kheshatta city (quest chain starting from Kalanthes or Cha)

Alright.. Once you complete The Grim Grey God quest you will get a quest called "Master of the silver peacock" from Kalanthes. This will require you to get Vistrix's tooth as far as I remember..
The follow up will then require you to find a note i Keshetta located behind the black ring mages that are between the city and the deathmaster camp. In there there's a little cickable object called Hathor-Ka's note.

Clicking this note will give you the quest "the immortal hand". This quest tells you to kill Leviathus to obtain the key to toth-amongs stronghold. With that quest you go and kill Leviathus in BRC wing 3, and after the kill you talk to the ghost of leviathus to obtain the hand of leviathus which is the key to the stronghold..

I may have a few details wrong, but this is the general gist of it..
