Found this boss on tracker in Enigmata but we had no time to find him. Anyone has killed him? Does he drop something interesting?

Terathos the Slaughterer is one of the two normal bosses you can get where X'cth the Annihilator is the other.
The only difference between these two bosses is that they have slightly different "abilities" and do different types of damage, they drop the same loot though.
The "rare" boss people are talking about is Spawn of Nyarlathotep.
