My current raid/soloing PvE build is This

It seems to be working ok at the moment I am missing the general tree bits though.. especially the -hate tools and the Cheat the Reaper. however I simply cant afford them and maintain DPS in a raid environment. Especially when there are so may feats you simply have to take.

if you have spent the points in AA on anti cc then yes you probably can live without the general tree. although i like having them just incase

im thinking of something like this for raiding only issue i can see is my lack of - hate

Yeah I'm thinking adding some anti-hate would make it a worth while raid build, I don't have anti CC AA yet so I'm not using this build but I am interested to see how much damage goes up vs survivability.

i'm using this for raiding, and i noticed that i have some issues with hate only when i don't use advantages (thanks to the -30% hate from furtive attacks)....

For those who used to like Bows/Sharpshooter specs: This is a Hybrid/Fire/Sharpshooter which gives 2 top tier combos and works ok for solo and pve.

With all Blue gear - this gives me solo pve crits of up to 5.5K and raid buffed crits up to 8K (BRC W1 raid) and I didnt pull any aggro on those despite total lack of -hate points. Need to measure a few more raids to see what the longer term performance looks like.

I may remove most of the anti-cc points in general for pure raiding and invest more in -hate and even more dps/dots. As yet I dont have -hate points in the AA tree but will add a couple sometime later

if you dont plan to PvP then you really dont need to invest all those points into general, hell I only PvP and only have 12 points invested and am doing just fine. Also any PvE/raiding spec should have scatter shots maxed.

You are also missing out on some great feats for specing that far into sharpshooter, specifically Booby Trap & Heavy Shots. Linebreaker will work on all types of armor now when buffed and does amazing damage and its a column attack, the amount of bleed damage you get from waylayer is also great and marked target not only boosts your weapon damage by 100% but also your whole group. Recuperation is also a group buff and best stamina heal in the game. If I were to go for a general PvE/Raid spec I would probably go with http://aoc.yg.com/feat-planner?class...315-21,4316-21

This is almost my built..I disagree on the advantages..Best advantages for the ranger are Sharpened weapons and Absolute precision..and also..stun..is a luxury..doesnt worth its feats..can put it somewhere else instead..!!!
