i'v got new rank of guard destroyer in Pillars hardmode, this book was for Guard/Conq/DT
Necro got a book in one of the hardmodes in chosain caves. This book was for Necro/Demo/ToS/PoM

So i think all instances in HC can drop books with different combos/spells upgrades.
