It works awesome on DTs, randomness on conq, sometimes I have 3 nice heals in one minute (record is 3x750 crit heal in row), but sometimes its a pure **** like one time per minute for 300.

But yeah, still better then some combat rating or other useless stats like holy protection.

As far as I can see from my point of view as a DD-DT with Ibis...

* It is affected by VoM.

* It can crit.

* It is affected by critical damage rating.

Leads to critical heals of over 1k.

Problem about this gem imo, is how it doesnt add any healing proc to vitalizing jolt or radiance like it says it will. Also what about the shammies fierce recovery?

On DT it is awesome! normal heals for ~450, add 125 cdr and ~20 cdr (depending on gear and pressing strikes or not) from stats and the native 50 cdr on crit...

If you have this proc and crit with SoC and the 125 buff I believe it can heal for very close to 2k!

However Im puzzled in if I should put it in my shammies Shillegah or not...? With my cdr of ~30% I suppose it will heal me in the 720-810 range if my calculations are correct...

2 ppm... Now onto the mystery of proccing... and in pvp, with alot of moving around without hitting. I suppose it could proc when in need (or even doubleproc). And that would be superior to the 100 combatrating.

But meh. Fix the bigheal thingy!

how is it with stacking of the gems procs? i´m considering to get Waning Boundary to my Ibis, so i wonder if i´ll have 2x 2 chance of proc.

I don't know about the stacking but the Waning Boundary isn't a weapon so you cant use it there. Dualwielders would know better.

As DT u can go only for protection and magic dmg gems.

Stacking is possible, I used ibis + Brythunian Calvary Axe/Falchion of the Blue East back in time, all gemed by Topaz, but from offhand its very random. Maximum of proc was 3x per minute, never saw 4x per minute, I guess it has smth to do with less hits by offhand weapon.

Actually you should consider: Canary Diamond of Sins for the waning boundary imo.

Its crittable spell. Void void void!

However a DT friend of mine insists his 23 magic dmg will do him better, as this canary diamond only procs from melee hits.

Thing is this is 5% chance gem, not 2ppm. So with multiple mobs it can proc infinetely. But this can go both ways. 2ppm will force a proc eventually, 5% chance can keep you unlucky chain forever. Or the other way around
