In an earlier thread, one person was feeling a bit mislead, although some would say it wasnt and others may have said it would. Leaving that aside, a mod became very sarcastic to the paying customer and nothing was said about that....this is very disterbing in my eyes. If mods feel they can be sarcastic to the people paying their food, then what is good anymore? I find this very very not good!

That is true. Nevertheless it is good policy for moderators on any site (whether that site is tied to commercial activities or not) to refrain from sarcastic remarks and stay polite all the time. If the urges to be sarcastic grow too large, they should step away from the boards for a while, get some distance and let those urges pass.
