I'm quite new to UI mods and using Caligari bottom bars is my first not too adventurous attempt.., although it suits my needs quite well and I have been completely satisfied with it.

However since 1.07 it has stopped working. During the log in process I was presented with 5 separate messages saying a .xml file in the custom folder was an older revision than the one in the default folder. Each message instructed me to replace them with the equivalent from the default folder.

I did this but unfortunately it had no effect.....

Is there anyway round this or do I just have to wait till the creator releases a new version for patch 1.07?

you must use ByCrom to update it ... I use bottom bars and ByCrom updates it

Didn't work at first so I ran the AOC Clean up, re-applied the files and ran the updater straight away - bottom bars back where they should be!

Sorry, you had problems with it...I had some issues with Curse getting the new version approved, but it should be working now. Really, the changes for the Perk Bar, etc. doesn't really come into play until the exapansion, so the old version you updated with ByCrom should work just fine.

Heya Caligari nice designs u got , i`m new to the UI thingy and from all i choosed yr bars but i`m not quite able to install it since i never done anything like this.
Was looking for that "by crom" thingy but can`t find it.. any help?

This is what i`m trying to install , after i tryed a bit i only managed to get the skullz to show without the bottombars cause some version problem.

Hmm. looks like ByCrom is no longer available on Curse.com, but you can get it from curseforge still: http://aoc.curseforge.com/addons/byc...s/7-v-2-3-125/

I hope to use a future version of Az's UI Installer, so that should make updating things go much smoother.

Hi i like your ui as well, very simple to use

However i couldnt find the castingbars, the ones that show which combo/spell my opponent is using. After alot of fiddeling around i found the one for my target, but not the one for me. Where is it placed? or is it not included?

!edit btw im using the 3rows bottombars and the skull for player.

Well, those are not actually part of my mod, but rather just the default timer bars that FC made.

They can be tricky to get them to stick where you want them to, and it seems that with the 1.07 patch they may not stick at all. Unfortunately, I can't fix their bug, but they should fix it soon I hope.

Since you're using the 3-row version, the casting bars are probably behind the top row. Go into your \customized\Views\HUD\ folder and rename the BottomBar.xml file to xBottomBar.xml (or something like that) and then type /reloadui into the chat window. This will set you back to the default 1-row bottom bar. Then use the guide I linked above to move your casting bars where you want them. When you are done, rename the BottomBar.xml file back and do the /reloadui again and you should be good to go.
