I am a level 59 ranger, PVP level2.

I was trying to pvp a level 80 BS, PVP level1. FOr some reason I could bearly hurt him. My arrows had no affect. However, I didn't have that problem fighting a level 80 conqueror. What is it that makes BS's so tough, and what can I do to counter it?

Anti cc,heals :O and if you get attacked by a lvl 80 bs just cc and run for your life cause its not possible for you to kill him:P

edit: You can kill him by making him follow you and then jumping from a high rock.

Ha ha ha ! ! You've just fought among the most easiest and op class and over the top he was 21 levels higer than you. Good job m8. You can't even take him down if you're lvl 80 1 on 1 and know how to use their buttons . They're sick!

BS's are extremely tough for Rangers especially if they know how to circle strafe, they were difficult (but beatable) before their revamp and impossible after.

Find another ranger of your lvl and hunt him as a pair. Take turns to cc him and give him the run around... Then create a small guild called the jackals

My main is a BS, and I can confirm they are incredibly difficult to take down. The HOTs alone mitigate so much damage. Still, if a BS can't get near you he isn't much to fear.

perhaps, but hard for a ranger to kill even on distance
Whatever damage the ranger give, the bs with buffs and heal survive often
