Tried different possible web resources for hints on this quest but no luck yet.
So... I found a skeleton that starts this quest in Ymir's swamp, quest logs says something about finding "the mowing map" in the swamps. I searched marked area for any signs of it, but never found anything like that. problem is i dont even know how should this "map" look like.

Hi there.the moving map is nothing else than those reptiles you kill on the swamps.Just try and kill everything that moves and finally one of those reptiles will drop the map.After you get the map you will be given the exact waypoint of the treasure.

Ahh yes thanks ) and i thought that was some unique reptile named "Moving Map Retile" or something. Now i'm releived to know that it is not bugged and i am not blind =)
