Well raid gear doesn't count too much in terms of damage right now, i got a
34593 on one of Yakhmar's adds. Those adds are more vulnerable to fire damage though.

Also got a 25009 hit on some random trash mob in Kyllikki's Crypt. Didn't got a ss of the actual hit, but you can see it in that parse.

i'm sure more is possible.

I's not just your buffs that make a difference. It is also the buffs that effect you coming from players in your group. Certain classes like conquerers for instance have a wide range of group buffs, one of those adds 37% to your damage for a short time. It only takes 2 or 3 other people in your group to be doing that type of thing to double your damage. But of course they need to know how to play there class for the benefit of the entire group. That's something not many have learned yet.
