I dont think that if you followed this guide, you could do 1-20 in a day.. Unless you thought about running the game in windowed mode, alt tabbing to read each point set out for the guide would most likely make you crash pretty much every time...

1- 20 in a day your having a laugh 6 hours max

just stay with the destiny quests till you have to lvl a little to get to the next load of night time then once you hit 19 do the end battle and bingo your out, yes you are 19 1/2 but that 1/2 lvl will be got in a matter of minutes in the ouside world
