Well everyone's playstyle and preference differs, but I'd choose Pressing Strikes, Decisive Strieks and Chromatic Warding before that any time... and even other damage perks, 'cause Guardian is already survivability monster if played right, so just stack damage and destroy...

You don't have Defiance (that's wrong) and you don't spec Impale (having two charges is always good) and the stamina drain which are both very useful. I think increasing the duration of the snare is also worth it, snare your opponent and abuse from superior weapon reach, that's what PVP is all about : control.

Also, I wouldn't recommend speccing Iron Skin, gear will give you plenty of armour and if you switch stances/manoeuvres/tactics/weapons you really don't need it. (don't forget that you can switch manoeuvres and tactics even when cc'ed) If you feel your gear isn't good enough you can always spec Iron Skin/Toughness instead of Fortitude.

My spec is this http://goo.gl/ukWIY the 2 points in Intimidating Shout could be put elsewhere, but when I do Impale+Intimidating Shout I put a nice (but very short) dot on my opponent and combined with my combos it results in a really nice burst.

As for perks... if you don't have the passive AA prot maxed or don't have full pvp gear I suppose you can use Chromatic Warding, yes. But work on getting that replaced with pressing strikes asap

Speaking from minigame perspective, staminadrain-points is wasted in feats. Cause after the sprinting revamp, no-one get low stamina anylonger. So my advice is to skip the improved drain.

But since the stam revamp they have also vastly buffed Disable 4. So with full AA + the feat it's good (especially against shammies and DTs) even in minis. Also on guards you can get them low on stam preventing them from popping Last Stand right away :P

But sure, you can put them somewhere else especially when speaking about pure pugs with clueless chickens running around.

But ye, it's also my duel spec. Cba buying tons of specs.

For Plexus Strike - yes. For Disable - no.

Actually, Disable removes some energy from the target (without giving it to you), while Plexus Strike gives you tons of energy but without removing it from the target. Plexus Strike is also said to briefly interrupt the target's energy regeneration (haven't checked).

Also, Plexus Strike removes a small amount of Stamina while giving you back a large amount, on the other hand Disable removes tons of Stamina but only gives you some back if you use Reckoning right after (also does decent damage in that case).

So both of those combos don't truly "drain" the target :P Thus why Disable description says it "burns" stamina, Plexus is a kind of drain but it's very asymmetrical (gives a lot more than it removes).

Yes reckoning after disable do very nice damage and it is quite fast combo when compared to flashing arc or counterweight.
