For soloing anywhere I'd say the demo is in the top 2 and is fun and pretty easy to play and is especially easy once you get the right build and is also very good in pvp. Since this isn't your first toon I'd personally use the off liners, but if you wanted to level I'd at least pop some of them to at least hit 40 so I could hit the villa's in noble district. I know most don't like the villa's but they are good testing grounds for different builds since the critters stay at your level plus if you use a 100% xp pot you will get around 2 1/2 levels every time you run them. The other classes I'll let others talk about..lol
