i was f2p until 80lvl., then premium and bought both expansions. played for 2 months. now im f2p again, cause to dont play that much at summer. WHY i cant train perks offline anymore? i am 80 and got the RotG expanstion as it requires for offline(time)training!!

ps. i was able to time/train in f2p a perk that i started in paid membership. after that its locked!
ps2. i still get mastery/prowess exp and points from pve/pvp.(dinged more than once)

Timetraining is for subscribers only so if you're F2P now then you can't do it anymore. It's ofc available again when starting to subscribe again.

Like you noticed, only way to progress in AA as F2P is by getting experience points by doing PvE/PvP.

You can start AA-timetraining ONLY if you are Premium.
When you are premium and change to F2P the AA-timetraining already started will run till it ends,
but you cant start any new AA-timetraining on that toon.
