Default Storm Chains again !!!!!
I know this has bin up befeore,but here again.Dear Funcom Plz remove the lvl cap on my life safer ( storm Chains ) when im running around in Khes,only being able 2 root a lvl 79 when im 70 is lame & completly useless.
So please in next patch.
