Do you need firestance to use firetrap, immolation and flame barrage?

No, fire stance is independant of the other three abilities, you dont need to have it active or even have the feat to use fire trap, immolation or flame barrage.

I would recommend getting it though if you intend to go that way down the sharpshooter tree, even if you've gone for a shattering stance hybrid build, as you may not always want shattering stance on and fire stance is the best pure dps stance.
