ask them to send you back your money and leave your character at fury as it was. You paid for something which supposed to work differently than it is. Reklamacja panie! In 2 weeks you will transfer your char for free

I feel your pain, but let us be honest here. They are going to forget about you and then they wont refund you at all. Solution to fix this is to merge eu with us and make 2 servers pvp and pve. That will fix it and also if they add cross server minis and raid and group instances

Well i purchased 1200fc points & it still hasnt come threw even after the payment was approved, now i cant get the expansion on my US account

I moved another character in 5 minutes, but my guard did not want to move.

who works in support of this company? there is someone competent to fix it? How IT can not move for so long ?


Chief companies do not understand why it does not work.


Probably still wondering why no one wants to play in Funcom's new title ...

They have serious problems with organization and not production

Have you tried with new free character transfer?

Your problem sounds very sad, but Fury does not want to let her players to leave to carebear server
