[Blasphemer]

I was wondering, I found two chests on top of the temple where you fight the statues. Had to climb up a climb 800 point to get there, but neither of the chests are clickable. Is this a bug, or is there some special way to open them?

Untill now I never found anything on top of the temple that would clarify the climbing point.

It is either not there (yet) or a bug.

I have never gotten that quest. Is there a way or is it removed? I am rank for hand of glory you'd think I'd have gotten it by now..

Go to Isle -> fight and kill Hermit -> pick up his journal in his hut/cave to get the quest -> finish quest and report back to Ela Shan

Now you get the repeatable quest.

Just to let you know: the journal will not "glow" like it's a quest item but click it anyway

where can I find Hermit?

out of the temple, instead of going straight to the ape, go to the left, you'll find a passage that leads to the hermit...
