Default want to know where to use perks in NM/HM

hello pp...
i would like to know where to use "important" AA on HM for the class soldier, mage, priest.
at the moment im creating a soldier, and low level mage and healer, have rogue already.
basically im asking you to complete the list ...
here is what i know so far:

Kang Pagoda:
rogue = tw on the Provisioner
soldier = ???
mage = ???
healer = ???

Reliquary of Flame:
rogue = fh on "Burned Skin" and tw on last warmonk healing buff
soldier = ???
mage = ???
healer = ???

Vortex of Storm:
rogue = none
soldier = "Resolve"
mage = ???
healer = ???
Coppice of the Heart:
rogue = none
soldier = ???
mage = ???
healer = ???

Pillars of Heaven:
rogue = none
soldier = ???
mage = ???
healer = ???

Palace of Yun-Rau:
rogue = TW on green healing buff of boss or on the "lesser healing" of healer if tactic is to kill healer first; and fh in beggining to remove the shield
soldier = ???
mage = ???
healer = ???

Celestial Necropolis: rogue TW on the boss and mobs/adds healings, rogue FH on mobs/adds
soldier = ???
mage = ???
healer = ???

Cavern of Malice:
rogue = TW on sisters when healing, FH on sister in middle
soldier = ???
mage = ???
healer = ???

Enigmata of Yag:
rogue = TW on boss regeneration, FH on boss protection
soldier = ???
mage = ???
healer = ???

Den of the Crowmen:
rogue = none

mage = ???

healer = Steafast if you want, Po-sha applies a ruin.

rogue = Tainted Weapons

mage = Unbinding charm to remove the root effect.

Pillars of Heaven:
rogue = Tainted weapons on first boss (not crucial) also last boss, shielding~ minor asborb shield can be removed with finely hooned.
soldier = Resolve but not crucial except on last boss if dps is low.
mage = Nothing
healer = Steadfast, Bat boss and last boss.

Palace of Yun-Rau:
rogue = TW on green healing buff of boss or on the "lesser healing" of healer if tactic is to kill healer first; and fh in beggining to remove the shield

healer = Steadfast to remove Nether Frost, alternate jump into fire.

Celestial Necropolis: rogue TW on the boss and mobs/adds healings, rogue FH on mobs/adds

mage = Unbinding charm, not important though
healer = To remove mind ruin, kinky damage debuff. PoM can remove Ghostly torment (bomb that mages can remove)

Cavern of Malice:
rogue = TW on sisters when healing, FH on sister in middle
soldier = Resolve on one of the bosses, applies a wrack effect.
mage = None
healer = There'll be a ruin appearing from time to time, nothing crucial.

Enigmata of Yag:
rogue = TW on boss regeneration, FH on boss protection
soldier = Resolve on Worm when it 'pukes'. Tarathos the slaugtherer and Spawn of Nylarhotep have a chance on hit to apply a wrack effect lowering your armor/protection.
mage = Unbinding charm on Tarathos the Slaugtherer, removes nasty dot
healer = Steadfast to remove the ruin (forgot name ;>)

Den of the Crowmen:
rogue = none
soldier = Resolve to remove wrack effect being put up by little bird
mage = None
healer = Steadfast to remove healing debuff as well as a dot ruin applied from big bird.

Abyss of Khun Whu:
rogue = TW and Finely hooned.
soldier = None
mage = Unbinding charm to uncharm people.
healer = Steadfast to remove ruin effect that stacks and being cast every 10 seconds~

Jade Dugout:
rogue = TW to remove healing effect that mobs might cast on boss.
soldier = None
mage = None
healer = None that I can think of

For normal modes Steadfast and Resolve is the most imporant perks to have. In NG you don't need resolve nor steadfast faith, in Chosain you don't need anything in palace but in Mines of Chosain Steadfast and Resolve are handy in KK you need Steadfast, Resolve, tainted weapons and FH.

A few additional details to Fass very complete compilation :

Kang Pagoda:
rogue = tw on the Provisioner
soldier = None
mage = None
healer = Steafast if you want, Po-sha applies a ruin --if you don't move fast enough when he casts Spew on you--

Vortex of Storm:
rogue = none
soldier = "Resolve" -- on "Lighter than Air" debuff, will prevent being ported by blue tornado --
mage = None
healer = None

Pillars of Heaven:
rogue = Tainted weapons on first boss (not crucial) also last boss, shielding~ minor asborb shield can be removed with finely hooned.
soldier = Resolve but not crucial except on last boss if dps is low.
-- Resolve removes a healing reduction debuff on tank during Banghi HM. On I-Po the bat boss it removes a big elemental mitigation debuff, can help a lot against its main attacks --
mage = Nothing
healer = Steadfast, Bat boss and last boss.

Celestial Necropolis: rogue TW on the boss and mobs/adds healings, rogue FH on mobs/adds
soldier = Nothing crucial -- removes mitigation debuff from "furious" add --
mage = Unbinding charm, not important though
healer = To remove mind ruin, kinky damage debuff. PoM can remove Ghostly torment (bomb that mages can remove)

Cavern of Malice:
rogue = TW on sisters when healing, FH on sister in middle
soldier = Resolve on one of the bosses, applies a wrack effect. -- that reduces your dps --
mage = None
healer = There'll be a ruin appearing from time to time, nothing crucial.

Den of the Crowmen:
rogue = none
soldier = Resolve to remove wrack effect being put up by little bird

sorry for some other listing and formatting, but had this list done for ages now, just c&p-ing it from guild forum that also means that it might not be up-to-date with the "new" instances, but well..

rogue

tainted weapons - heal remover

Abyss of Kun Whu (HM) - green icon at 50%, heal can be removed through shield, 2 rogues necessary
Cavern of Malice (normal and HM) - removing heal from one girl (blue icon)
Celestial Necropolis (normal and HM) - removing heal bubble after joyous adds
Coppice of the Heart (HM) - removing the 3 PPM heal from boss (green icon)
Enigmata of Yag (HM) - kraken boss (Spawn of Nyarlathotep), Leviathus boss (X'cth the Annihilator)
Yun Rau (HM) - removing heal from boss (green icon)
Vile Nativity - Idols of Silence encounter, removing Light of Atlantis heal on one of the statues

finely honed - bubble and damage reflection shield remover (doesn´t need a perk slot)

Cavern of Malice (HM) - removing the bubble at 75%, 50%, 25% when sisters come together
Enigmata of Yag (HM) - kraken boss (Spawn of Nyarlathotep), Leviathus boss (X'cth the Annihilator)
Reliquary of Flame (HM) - removing of "Burn Skin" bubble; 2nd can´t be done within CD, those first seconds can be overcome by necro/BS protection buff
Yun Rau (HM) - removing the reflection shield (Jhebal Blessing-like effect) from boss before starting the tanking, otherwise returns cca 500dmg/hit
Vile Nativity - Idols of Silence encounter, removing Molten Shield bubble on one of the statues


soldier

resolve - wrack remover (only from the soldier himself)

Cavern of Malice (HM) - removes debuff received from Mei-Lin that decreases damage done by tank by 50%
Den of the Crowmen (HM) - removes wrack received from small bird decreasing damage mitigation by 10%/stack
Enigmata of Yag (HM) - worms "Parasitic Spray" + every HM boss
Pillars of Heaven (HM) - removes debuff received from the true boss form decreasing incoming heal by 10%/stack
Ardashir Fort - removes wrack from tank hit by the rhinoboss charge, removes snaring wrack (black-red icon, Wrackling Stab spell) casted by crabs and removes wrack casted by Sodabeh on 2nd phase of the HM encounter


priest

steadfast faith - all ruin and some torment remover:
torment: BS - physical, ToS - elemental, PoM - spiritual

Abyss of Kun Whu (HM) - stacking debuff on tank dealing percentual unholy damage
Celestial Necropolis (normal and HM) - "Mind Ruin" (elemental icon) decreasing damage received from grieving add
+ PoM - exploding "Ghostly Torment" (spiritual icon) received from conceeding add
Den of the Crowmen (HM) - debuff received from big bird decreasing incoming heals by 50%
Enigmata of Yag (HM) - worm and Chatha boss (Tetharos the Slaughterer), kraken boss (Spawn of Nyarlathotep)
Yun Rau (HM) - oneshot spell "Netherfrost" received from boss on random group member, in case of emergency can be canceled by the fire pulses from bowls
Ardashir Fort - removes ruin from player hit by the rhinoboss charge, removes ruin (red-black icon) from players casted by Sodabeh on 2nd phase of the HM encounter

Celestial Necropolis (normal and HM) - exploding "Ghostly Torment" (spiritual icon) received from conceeding add
Coppice of the Heart (normal and HM) - works like root remover on "Deadweight" spell
Abyss of Kun Whu - removes charm effect from another player




other

elusive nature - provides % to critigation chance, that means chance to decrease critical hit by critigation amount from Khitai armor a AA (Forced Engage - soldier perk)
- General perk, for all classes, in PvE mostly needed for tanks

Den of the Crowmen (HM) - both birds
AI District - Commander
