Uhm... no. I do not agree at all with that statement. In fact it was a great weapon to hold aggro with if specced and most importantly PLAYED correctly. The aggro output of the DT comes from it's DPS output and ofc using a proper rotation.

The Ibis has much more crit rating, higher base DPS, causes your magic dmg to do lots more dmg (due to crit rating gem etc. etc.), which all rises your overall DPS by a LOT compared to the T3 sword.

I myself threw away and sold the ugly T3 sword and immediately saw a quite noticable aggroboost using the Ibis instead.

Compare stats from t3/t2 dt weapon to ibis and then you will see that Sygma didn't ment Ibis decrease your aggro. It's great dps weapon, and as a that, it increases DTs aggro. But tanking isn't only about aggro. One is aggro (1), second is swaping (2), survability (3).

1. Ibis as aggro tool is awesome.
2. Swaping is a bit too random for me. I'm not fan of proc mechanic. With to many random shits in one of combo u might have way to much burst. Link that with sin who poped Cover of Dusk or guard Call to Arms. Ibis in wrong hands increase VoM randomness way to high imho.
3. All Ibis survability is health tap so it's close to 0 when u have to stop hitting to let other grab aggo of u.

Usless was maybe too strong word, but in fact DT in any case doesn't need Ibis to keep aggro. Ttier weapon is more universal due to strength (armor), constitution and hit rating. But for those places when u want solo tank, is as good as putting in more dps gear to increase your dps output even more.

Maybe a bit late for this but...

What on earth were you thinking when you removed mana cost for DT spells? You buffing an already OP class even more? LoL Just shows how much you know your own game, or how can you be easily mislead by your "in-game informants" you ask for feedback on classes. Either way big fail!

It's not clear to me if this is where I put feedback on mini-patches post 3.3 (e.g. 3.3.3/3.3.4), but it appears to be the most likely place.

1. The scroll time on damage/heal numbers is terrible and a big step backward. Please revert back to the old method or give us an interface option to speed it up.

2. The new font on damage/heal numbers is blurry and too fat. Please change back to the old font or give us an interface option to set the font to one that's legible. Also, the font size options are not very useful, as the choices are large, huge, or too small. How about some steps between 0.50 and 1.00 on the option slider?

-Facebook crashes the game randomly ( from time to time when user tries to send private message or close the window).
-There is no feature ''invite friend'' to Age of Conan (feature should be there and visible via F 10 menu).

Also, Slavemaster Shenti-Aku does not appear sometimes - some new players are stuck at level 9-10 unable to do anything unless they petition it... Happy anniversary!
