lvl 10s sin barb hoxes are killable one on one, hard if in close range but happens to kill them even in unfavourable situations. However BSs they op >_<! it never happens unless the opponent is a lvl 2 bs.
If HoX has Phoenix Cloak ready Ranger doesn´t have any chance especially while HoX have feated From the Beyond (extra charges) that time is Ranger free prey for HoX

That´s why I wrote if PC is ready... well it depends on situation you can cast PC before duel and during mini you can cast it before charge to ranger too... and anyway if I jumped on them before rangers does I don´t need even PC.
And my personal POV... well I suppose myself being rangers hunter so I´m looking forward to meet them in minies even as HoX

Any decent ranger will just kite (hard enough even without 20% snare and avoiding kb traps). I'm just a bit above average on HoX but still manage to kill loads of rangers easily without PC since most of them sucks.
Being a bad dueller , not many rangers manage to kill me 1v1 with barb, and i lose 99% in duels with my ranger . So any class in right hands is OP. (only unkillable class with barb is BS 1v1 )
good BS is pain in the ass when you are full zerker, sometime feels like almost impossible to kill, but you should try hybrid for duels vs BS, it is a lot easier.
